Thanks for a great question and the answer is kinda yes, but mostly no. On rare occasions Omega will ask for the mouse's opinion on what he should do. This is a horrible thing because mouse will often become fearful about what she should say...
There has been one instance where mouse did confess something she'd done, which was contrary to her rules, and begged to be punished for it. A punishment will often bring a sense of closure to mouse and in an odd way is comforting. However what punishment or penalty levied on mouse is normally just determined by Omega.
