One third of the way though! How time flies...are we having fun?
We used to be much more BDSM-y in the past when we had the dungeon in the basement. Today not so much. This is in part because Daddy had issues (it still pains mouse but, you can read about that here) and also now -- seriously who has time to plan a lengthy scene? We do play with rope, Daddy will never give up his love of knots...and tying mouse so that she's open and completely vulnerable to him is a favorite pastime. Even if he just wants to read! Yes, he's done that. Once he tied mouse up, gagged her and held her wide open to him. He rested a vibrator right against her and opened a book he wanted to read.
Ok -- mouse had been pestering him a little...
BDSM isn't the core of mouse's submission and really never has been -- it's more of a bonus but totally not needed for her over-all happiness. It remains around the outside rim. When we play it's fun...but her submission continues long after playtime is over with. Sometimes mouse does miss the harder play. But we've learned new and exciting ways to make mouse drift into subspace.

Thank you mouse. I agree that submission is at the center and everything else is "on the rim."
Hug,
joey
Yeah i like that train of thought of submission at the centre and everything else on the rim, 8ish years ago i would have probably put bdsm high up on the list of importance, now its still there and i still enjoy it...he did give me a scare a couple of years when he turned 50 and mentioned turning the outbuilding where all the larger kit is (what i refer to as the room of doom) into a gym as a birthday present to himself!...
i would miss it if he decided he no longer wanted bdsm in our relationship, its not as prominent as it used to be, time, kids, work..he's getting old his recovery period tends to be longer than mine lol
I enjoy rope..i have fancied trying (whats that fancy intricate ropework called?) but its something he has no interest in.
x
i agree, for my playtime is a bonus, the submission is what makes me happy all the time
So what are these new and exciting ways, mouse?
Hi mouse, So glad you decided not to stop blogging. I read your blog many a night when I was feeling so tired. Your kind and gentle nature helped me deal with Luther's harder moments.
Love, Isabella
