What does "RACK" mean in your focus rules?

Thanks for the question and mouse knows that she's discussed this in the past but not for a while. RACK refers to "Risk Aware Consensual Kink." Most people know about SSC (safe sane consensual), so RACK is actually an extension of that thought process. There are things we engage in that aren't considered safe or sane, at least to some...LOL, like electric play, breath play and other forms of edge play. So basically, what it means for us is that Omega makes sure that he understands exactly what he's doing, and that he will only play at a time that he is clear in his own mind. But even when he carefully plans things can go wrong and mouse could end up injured. We are both aware of this and comfortable with it.
