Day 2 (edited)

See, you didn't have to wait too terribly long. Some of these answers will be kinda short because long-time readers are well aware of how our dynamic works...

2) Describe who you might submit to and how. Are you exclusively submissive in marriage or just in the bedroom? Are you submissive only in the context of a scene or in a role or throughout your daily life? Are you submissive to play partners or only in the context of a relationship?

In all things and in all ways, mouse submits herself to Daddy. He defines her slavery and sets the standard for her. This probably extends into ways many might find uncomfortable or even mouse might dare to suggest troubling.

Daddy reserves the right to deny mouse anything at any time. This can include driving, orgasms, clothing. access to money...etc. We are married.

He's never denied mouse clothes but really he could. He's asked mouse not to leave the house without permission (barring an emergency -- of course; he's not stupid). The submission is all-encompassing and every aspect of mouse's life is under his control. This to some might seem a bit over-the-top, but really it's what he's comfortable with; but more importantly what mouse needs.

Does mouse's submission need to look like anyone else's? Gosh no! Everything we do falls under safe, sane and very consensual. There are things even Daddy wouldn't do. He doesn't believe in tests of submission or proofs of slavery.

After reading this -- mouse decided to go back in and clarify a few things.  If something small but needed and is broken or damaged (which fals within mouse's comfort zone of replacing),  mouse is completely free to simply replace it.  Now if it's say, the DVD player, mouse might wait for Daddy because he's all about the electronics.  But in general like when her iPod Nano died, she just went out and replaced it -- he didn't care.  Or when for whatever reason the dog shredded our comforter on the bed -- insane dog!  Yes, mouse went out and replaced it (Daddy didn't even notice for a week).

If something spills on blouse or dress -- mouse is completely free to change it without checking with him or asking permission.  He'd rather she change it than walk around with a stained blouse in public!

For us it makes a lot of sense, but mouse figured there are those extreme types that might read more into this than there is.

PS:

June over at The Dish with Ward and June, wrote an excellent piece on submission or specifically why she submits to Ward.  As always, it includes his POV (which mouse finds just lovely).   Hopefully this will be the LAST edit of the day!

  1. Mouse, this is so interesting. There are things in here that would make me crazy. Permission to leave the house for example. BUT, I love that it's part of your relationship. It shows me we're all on a continuum somewhere. And it's not so much about where we are on the continuum, but whether we are happy there.

    Thanks for sharing.

  2. As sin said said is interesting how somethings would make one person crazy and another its just the norm? I think i have quite a few 'freedoms' but as he pointed out to me he can just easily take them away should he choose to do so.

I smiled at the edit on clarifying things because you can be damn sure someone will pick up on "what if you xyz", i mean i have had some odd questions in the past!
