Stick With You Baby for a 1000 Years...

At least today there is a song. Last night mouse was frustrated and groaned loudly (yes a cheap ploy to get his attention).

Daddy: Problem mouse?

mouse: (sighs) Just realized tomorrow the blog is due again.

Daddy: We all have our crosses to bear.

mouse: (sighs again) Just not sure what to write about. No clue for even a song,

Daddy: Perish the thought! Music has run its course?

mouse: (pursing her lips and stares at him) Really? Sarcasm!?

Daddy: If you are the queen of sarcasm, I suppose I picked a language you would understand. Now open your blouse more.

mouse: (pulling blouse open and lowering her eyes) Yes Daddy.

Daddy: Sit up straight, posture matters mouse. Now, tomorrow when you sit down you will take out your ipod and the first song you hear will be the one you use.

Not much more was said on the topic or any other, although mouse did remark she's fallen way behind on her blog reading lately. Daddy told mouse to come to him. He patted the side of chair indicating she should kneel.

After thanking him for the pleasure, mouse remained close to Daddy.

He complimented mouse again on dinner, then noticed how sleepy she was and sent her to do her rituals.

If the title of the post is the indication of the first song your heard this morning...how very appropriate.
Oh, and I love hearing snippits of your conversations between the two of you.
Omega- sarcasm? Wow, I'm speechless!! Who would have thought?
Have a wonderful weekend mouse!

I know sarcasm is not an attractive trait...i get pulled up on it all the time..but sometimes it just rolls off the tongue.

You have been blogging for years and i imagine it must sometimes feel like a chore and one that could be done without.

The bossman likes me to post at least twice a week (plus i keep a daily hand written private journal) and i have argued whats the point and sometimes it ends up just being what i call filler posts or i get resentful and they end up being umm yeah well sarcastic posts.

Hope you all have a great weekend.

Daddy has taken to prompting me to make posts.... and to get back into my exercise routine (fell by the waysode when we were on vacation - Daddy got back to it before I). Why is it easier to do when they require it of us?

Put the old iPod on shuffle and the first song was David Bowie...

Ya can you imagine O being sarcastic and claiming to have learned it from mouse?

Wow...The depths of his delusions sometimes ;-)

Now tori while it might not be an attractive trait, you've got to admit it's kinda effective...LMAO

It's hard thinking of things to post about...Sometimes it's easy, but when it's not...when things are just chugging along, it's hard to sit down and write about nothing.

June,

Well, dunno really. Dunno if it's easier when they require it of us or if our feelings and need to please just takes over.

Maybe it's some things that are easier when they require it. LIke Daddy requiring a tidy house...or exercising....but when it's required that mouse sit down and write....gah! That's just hard. Especially when there's nothing exciting to write about.

Clearly delusional...but so is H...as he has blamed me for teaching him sarcasm AND corrupting him!! As if.
Obviously we both can't be teaching everyone how to be sarcastic. Some people(who shall go unnamed), probably learned it all on their own.

;P

Is there somewhere on your site, mouse, where we can read about your rituals? So we know what you are talkiing about.

What seems not to be exciting to you may very well be interesting to your readers.

LOL!!!

Maybe....but really probably not. ;-)

Hi Maryann!!!

As mouse mentioned in the blog she hasn't had a lot of time to think about blogging let alone read other's blogs....

But your blog is one of the first on her list to hit up when she does!!

Sir,

There is a "ritual" tab that offers an idea on what's involved.

Well, I mean easier in the sense that where there was not enough time to fit it in, suddenly we find a place to put it in our day again.

Yes, it is of the utmost importance to me to be pleasing to Daddy, to make him proud :)
